Shipping Policy


What is the shipping time and what are the shipping fees?

We charge the following Fees :

0.1 Kg - 0.5 Kg    10 EUR

0.5 kg - 1 kg        15 EUR

1kg - 2 Kg           20 EUR


Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.
We ship out of Italy and Indonesia, and  delivery times depends on the destination. Estimated timing is listed below :

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.  

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please Contact Us.
 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box

 

Can I modify my shipping address?

 If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

 

Is Pipikini responsible for any customs fees or duties?

Pipikini is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
 

What happens if shipment is refused or undeliverable?

If the shipment is refused, the package is undeliverable, or the Import Fees are not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to Pipikini. These cost may include the return fee and customs processing fee imposed by your local government. Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise minus the shipping charges.  

What do I do if a package is lost, damaged or stolen?

If your item has not been delivered at the promised time, here are the steps to be followed before contacting customer service. 

- If you are tracking the package and see that the item has not moved for several days, please contact us

- If you received a notice saying the item was delivered and the tracking shows that it was successfully delivered please check with the other people in your household, neighbour, doorman that may have picked up the package for you.

 

You may also contact the courier service referencing your tracking number.   We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer. In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item. 
Note that we do not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers or merchandise that are already worn.
